Louis’ Lemon and Ginger Tea

Ginger, Honey and Lemon have been utilised for healing, protection, cleaning, and removing sickness from the body for centuries!

This simple Tea recipe will offer some relief and soothe your throat from negativity and will allow you to rest and relax while healing as even Doctors have shown that Ginger, Honey, and Lemon have healing properties as it is utilised in many medical remedies in pharmacies!

While preparing the tea, please be mindful of the hot water and do not forget the mits for the oven!

Ingredients

  1. Grated Ginger
  2. Grated Lemon
  3. Lemon Juice
  4. Black Tea
  5. Honey

And If you Want to create dry tea:

  1. Baking Paper

For this recipe, there are three ways to create it:

Instructions (1)

  1. Grate the ginger, the lemon juice and grated lemon into a mug
  2. Place some black tea leaves in the same mug
  3. Boil some water and pour it into the mug
  4. Add some honey and wait for it the cool, and then serve!

Instructions (2)

  1. Set the oven to 40 degrees Celsius
  2. Grate the ginger and grate the lemon skin then place it on the baking paper tray
  3. Place the tray with the ginger and lemon into the over and slowly dry it for fifteen minutes
  4. While waiting for that to dry, Squeeze some lemon juice into a mug
  5. Place some black tea leaves in the same mug
  6. Once the ginger and lemon are dried out, take it out of the oven with oven mitts and place the dried ingredients in the mug
  7. Boil some water and pour it into the mug with the other ingredients
  8. Add some honey
  9. Mix and serve!

Instructions (3)

  1. Place a pot with water on the stove
  2. Wait for the pot to bubble and then set to simmer
  3. Grate the ginger and place in a the pot
  4. Squeeze some lemon juice into the pot
  5. Place some black tea leaves in the same pot
  6. Add some honey to the pot
  7. Leave to bubble for five minutes
  8. Remove from the stove and wait to cook
  9. Then serve and enjoy!

This recipe is also able to be achieved without the black tea leaves.
