Zodiacs and Nutrition!

Throughout history and spirituality, scholars and spiritual teachers have explored the connection between the Zodiac signs and what food and drinks they should eat and what they enjoy more and what they should avoid.
This understanding of what food and drink others should consume also extends to the fact that certain foods and drinks are known to help certain ailments so eating a certain type of food and consuming certain drinks which focus on that specific issue is said to help balance your body with the help of a trusted medical professional.

To utilise this study and apply it to yourself, Louis recommends looking at your Ascendent, Moon, and Sun sign and then look at the Zodiacs that the Sun and the Moon are in today.

Below I have added a table which includes what each Zodiac Sign is connected to based on Fruit, Vegetables, Herbs, Other Items, and Drinks, enjoy!

*It is better to focus on Vedic Astrology and Louis focuses on Vedic as well!

Zodiac and Food and Drink and Herbs Chart version 2

**Louis and Poet of the Star are not medical doctors and do not eat any of the above if you are allergic and if you dislike it.

***The above chart was created by looking at what each zodiac is associated with and what each zodiac is associated with i.e body parts, power, connections.

An Example of how to utilise this chart is:

Ascendent – Taurus
Sun – Gemini
Moon – Aries

Ascendent – Taurus in First House and Normally in Second House

Moon – Aries in Twelveth House and Normally in First House

Sun – Gemini in Second House and Normally in Third House

So using the chart above, look at these placements and see what each area is associated with regarding nutrition and then see what double ups there are regarding what to avoid and then apply that to yourself and see how you feel after a couple weeks!
